Benefits Sign Up Process

Once you have been placed on a temporary assignment and have received your first paycheck, this will trigger a benefits enrollment kit to be sent to your home address to arrive approximately 30 days later.

Your SRC enrollment kit will include everything you need to select the menu of benefits that are best for you, and will walk you through the process of signing up to receive benefits via telephone. Shortly after enrollment (typically another 1 to 2 weeks), the employee portion of your benefits costs will automatically be taken out of your pay check each week.

Your benefits coverage begins the Sunday following your first payroll deduction. This process is set up to provide you with information for enrollment access within the first 30 days so that coverage effective date can take place between the 30th and 45th day of receiving your first paycheck. The benefits package you receive will be coded with an eligibility period. you will be able to call the telephone registration system and enroll within the coded period you receive.

A Few Other Key Points :

If you wish to cancel your benefits, you can contact the company that manages our benefits program for us, SRC at 800-213-3225. Within 2 weeks of the date the request is received by SRC for coverage cancellation, the deductions should stop, ending coverage the following Saturday evening.

If you would like to make changes to benefits, you must have a qualifying reason (e.g. birth, divorce, insurance loss, etc.). These guidelines are outlined in the Summary Plan Description (PDF).

For purposes of eligibility, you will be considered a new hire if you have not worked an assignment through Accounting Accounting for a period of 3 or more months.
